What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

Hi, I am starting an online business- In which everything is a digital good. No physical offices (unless you would consider my home to be the office). The only employee is myself.

My question is- what licenses do I need to get, if any? We can't be tied to a town, or even a state. What are the laws regarding online goods only business?
