What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA
I want to open up an etsy shop in Washington, USA, but no matter where or how much I search I can't find answers to the following:
Do I have to register my Etsy shop as a business? If so, what kind of business does it qualify as?
Do I have to pay taxes (such as self-employment tax?) for my Etsy shop and what form will I need to use for income tax?
And:
Do I have to have a business license in order to open an Etsy shop in Washington?
