I AM ONE OF 4 OWNERS OF A CORPORATION AND WANT TO LEAVE. HOW DO I GET THE MONEY I PAID FOR MY SHARES. I KNOW THERE IS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM.

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

You have to see if there is a buy out clause, etc. Or if it is better for you to keep the shares and wait for the dividends to show up.

Your best bet: find a corporate law attorney in your area and bring in the bylaws, etc.
