I am curious as to what is involved in getting a ex partner who locked me out of our business and ran up a sales tax bill that he never paid , "partitioned" from myself. I have formally withdrew from the partnership but the State Board of Equalization continues to pursue myself with levies, garnishments and liens. I am wondering just how costly this is and where it is worth pursuing
