What is the name of your state? California.

I would like to form a simple partnership with my 2 sons, any idea where I can get a partnership form? we are starting an internet business, so as for right now we are not worried about liability.

Hi- I started a "General Partnership" and found the form online on the State of California website. Beware it takes 8-10 weeks to get the partnership form filed with the state.
