my wife & i own a small family resturant, she is the managing partner. she has been loosing money at the rate of 4-5 thousnad dollars a month due to her mismanagment (her labor cost are running at about 55% of the gross sale each month. i have tried to make changes and she refusses to allow me. can i have her removed as managing partner for this and how would i do this. her mismanagement is causing a finacal burden and is subjecting us to a loss of our investment
