What is the name of your state? Wisconsin.
I am in a 3-way "partnership", we took out a bank loan on a building (in my name) and part of the property is rented to one of the partners for a business.
I now wish to sell my involvement in this partnership but they don't (can't) want to buy me out. I am finding it difficult to obtain details from them on the partnership and information on what has been spent on the building from them. If they don't want to buy me out, where do I stand?
Can I force them to buy me out?
