I just started an LLC earlier this year and I resell items online that I purchase locally at flea markets, trade shows and I have a couple of regular suppliers. My problem is that I usually have to pay with cash and I can't get receipts.
Some of the purchases can be over $5k each and I'm concerned that the large cash withdrawals that show up on my company bank statements will look like I'm paying my own wages which is not the case at all.
Any suggestions on how I can cover myself to prove that I actually purchased something to resell with the cash withdrawal(s) that I made?
