my ex and i had an online business that she started that failed miserably. we're in the process of suing for our money.
my question is what percentage is fair for splitting what we get back (if we do)?
she started the business and did most of the work. i helped but not nearly as much as she did.
i put in about 80% of the money which was leveraged to the max on my part. if this money doesn't come back soon i'll be forced to declare bankruptcy.
she wants a larger cut of the pie which is fine by me because she did do a ton of work. i just want it to be fair. she wouldn't have had this large chunk of cash coming back if it wasn't for my money.
so what do you think is fair?
