I have a judgment where the defendant was named as an individual doing business as a corporation, e.g., So'n'So dba Such'n'Such, Inc.
It is in error, but, is it actually possible to be an individual dba a corp.?
I've seen examples of a corp. dba a another corp. and I question the validity of that because, how can an actual entity be a fictitious business name?
