Washington I am a member of an LLC getting ready to sign a rental agreement. The landlord wants each of us to sign personally as a guarantee of the monthly rents and CAM costs. Will this open us up to personal liability on other matters. Will this affect the protection provided by the LLC in other matters? the business is a u-vin, a make you own good wine from a package retail business.

**A: consult with a business attorney as we have no idea as to what "other matters" would or could entail.
