What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I would like to lease space from a church to open a Christian School. The school has its own name and carry its on liabilty insurance.

How can I convince the church that they will not be liable for the school if they are only leasing there space.

What advice do you recomend?

What advice do you recomend?
**A: get a letter from your own insurance carrier and a certifiicate naming the church as additional insured.
