What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts

Hello everyone..

hello and please help or direct me.. thank you!!!

I recently filled out the Articles of Dissolution, but had questions on the 966 form to the IRS.

We filed the articles of dissolution papers on 3/6/13, but our minutes meeting paperwork and decision to dissolve the company was on and dated 12/31/12.

My question is the IRS says the 966 Form has to be filed within 30 days after the dissolution.
When does the clock start clicking?
Im concerned about a 10.00 a day fine, but irs is really not clear on this.

My taxes have a extension, but want to get them in asap, if there are fines.

thanks very much,

Debbie

Not understanding the dilemna. If you didn't file the dissolution papers by 12/31, you didn't dissolve the company. And FYI, the "fine" wouldn't apply in your situation anyway.
