Hello to all and thank you first off for reading my post. IM trying to find out how to get into making adult films legally, by going through all the correct means. First i would like to let everyone know im not in this for the girls. I have a wife of 4 1/2 years and a 2 yr 4 mo old child. This is something ive been interested in for many years now. Im currently in sales, as a demonstrator for kitchen cutlery. Im also a part time reptile breeder. What i want to know now is this, what are the in's and out's and the do's and dont's. What liscence's do i need and what permits must be aquired? How do i go about this legally? I can be spoken to on AIM at aoviper22, or i can be emailed at [email protected].

I am curious, why is most of the legal paperwork for adult productions filed in Van Nuys California? Anyone else notice that?
Might be a good place to start digging, ChrisViper.

Also, what would the reason be for starting such a business if not for the girls/guys? Unless of course you have ready access to willing participants who are willing to work for free.

I do have access to a few willing participants

But the reason i want to do this is because im tired of the same ol 9 to 5 BS. Im going to be starting to breed expensive snakes here in the near future also. So im not just going to have the one business. But the adult entertainment will bring more cash faster. I like to know that our country still has the right to express yourself. PLus ive always been interested in adult filming. Not just watching but the whole business end of it. Ive been trying to find a niche to set myself into and just follow the flow. When you have ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) its rough to find something that actually keeps your attention. And if SEX dont do that, then im a lost cause I live in New Jersey, so going to Cali would be out of the question for now until im further into the biz. Thanks again for all of your responses.

You don't have to travel to California to write to or speak with the record keepers who put their coordinates in the beginning of every porn flick. Don't get me started, the last thing I want to be is an accessory to pimping needy girls.

Besides, i wont work with girls that arent 100% comfortable with what they do on film. If they are uncomfortable, we fix it, or if it cant be fixed, we wont pressure, just get someone in her place who WOULD Be comfortable. So you'd only be helping me get to where i need to be. Ive heard that there are sites and what not that you can go to where girls and guys actually advertise to be in adult films. Once i find that spot, ill be good to go.
