What is the name of your state? OHIO

I'm trying to start my own small business. I am the sole shareholder.
I have already filed my articles of incorporation and have had those approved. I have appointed a Board (myself) and elected a President, Secretary, and Treasurer (myself) and have drafted and adopted bylaws. Most recently I have filed for an IRS SS4 - EIN form.
My question is what else do I have to do to complete the incorporation process?

I heard from someone that I have to publish a corporation announcement in a newspaper of general circulation and a local legal business journal for the process to be complete. Is this true?

Thanks for the help!!
-Brian
