My question is this:

Can a person convicted in civil court for sexual assault on a minor, be allowed to run for the school board as well as have access to our children? Criminal court is pending at this time. My concern is for the safety and well being of the children. Please let me know if you can help me.

A civil judgment is NOT a "conviction". And I would imagine that many voters would not vote for him.
