my fiance and i starting a bussiness.
i owe back taxes(on personal income tax which i am paying payment to irs).
how can i protect the bussiness against irs and my ex wife.actualy how can we protect my fiance?

Very reluctant to help you screw the taxpayers (us) on this one.

But, best to put the company COMPLETELY in your 'fiances' control. Put it in her name entirely, you be an employee.

Other than that, pay your taxes in full, the IRS won't worry about you. As for your 'ex' that is another issue.
