we are selling a motel in iowa the purchase agreement was signed by we[the sellers] and by the buyers a $5,000 earnest money was given to our realtor .the sale didn't go through so does the buyer get the earnst money back.this has happened twice once the buyer decided he wasn'going to buy, the other one couldn't get all the money. hope someone can help explain this.
