I made a purchase on ebay on 6/27/00, paid on6/28/00. Twice the seller gave me dates as to when the item was shipped, and she also told ebay it was shipped, after I filed a fraud complaint with them. She just asked me for my address again last nite, which means it was never shipped. She has done this to someone else. The other person requested a refund and the seller resold the item before giving the refund. I requested a refund, now I'm afraid she will do the same to me. Can an item be legally sold twice without a refund to the first buyer ?
