What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Canada

Is it legal to put another businesses website on a business card (rather, promotional card) for a non-profit awareness campaign without their permission? People put Facebook URL's all over, etc. so it seems like it would be legal.

It will only make the company money and generate a lot of traffic to their site anyway, but it's the principal.

A company gets to choose how they make money and generate traffic and with whom they choose to associate their trademarked name.

You should get their permission before using their name and website address on your business card.

And, as a note, this site handles U.S. law questions only. ;)
