Can an installer put a mechanics lien on products that a customer sells if the customer is not paying an invoice?

Thank you

Possibly...the devil is in the details and there are no details here.

Electrical work was done at a location. The customer does not own the location, rather they rent it. The customer is now giving problems about paying. I understand a lien cant be put on the property as it isnt owned by the customer, but the customer has goods that they sell from that location. Can the Electrician put a lien on those good or on something else from the customer?

Thank you
