I have been doing websites for years as a DBA and have an established name (Example Online). I would like to create a new LLC to grow my business in new areas (i.e. IT, Networking, and Security).
I would like to name my LLC - Example Technologies, to show that the company does more than just websites, but what about the name that I have been using for years? I don't want to lose it, but I also don't want to go through the hassle of having a complex corporate structure...
Thoughts?
