What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wyoming

Amendment states:

(ii) "Medical assistance" means partial or full
payment of the reasonable charges assessed by any
authorized provider of the services and supplies enumerated
under W.S. 42-4-103 and consistent with limitations and
reimbursement methodologies established by the department,
which are provided on behalf of a qualified recipient,
excluding those services and supplies provided by any
relative of the recipient, unless the relative is a family
caregiver providing services through a corporation or a
limited liability company, which corporation or limited
liability company the relative may own, under a home and
community based waiver program, or for cosmetic purposes
only;

My question is, does this mean I am REQUIRED to LLC in order to provide services as a relative provider or can I be hired under an llc or corporation to provide services? I don't understand the way it is written. Thank you.

I am sorry, but I am not entirely clear on the context of your question.

I agree with LD that your question is unclear...Could you please clarify?

My apologies. Yes you are correct. My son is disabled and I am his designated care provider. I get paid services as a nurse or home attendant would. I had previously worked hired under a llc company, but with the law change I am not sure if I can continue working under a third party llc or does this mean I have to become a llc myself. I don't understand how the amendment is written.
