I am in the process of starting a 501(c)3 in the District of Columbia and require a Registered Agent(either a bona fide resident of DC or a for profit corporation in DC).
A few questions arise from this:
1.) What constitutes a bona fide resident?
2.) What are the responsibilities and liabilities of a Registered Agent?
3.) Can a Registered Agent be on my Board of Directors?
I can't find answers to these questions anywhere online.
