As part of the merger of US West and Qwest, Qwest had to sell off its long distance business in the 14 state US West territory to Touch America. All employees moving to Touch America from Qwest were guaranteed that Qwest would provide a cash payment for all unvested stock options. Qwest did not pay me under the agreement. How can I collect on the options Qwest owes me?
