What is the name of your state?undefinedWhat is the name of your state? California
My husband and I are starting a chiropractic practice, together. We are both chiropractors and will be practing within this practice. What is our best financial structure? We have heard that we cannot be a LLC in California. In addition we have a friend investing a sum of money, and we are also financing from another source. We are very confused.
