What is the name of your state? Utah

If I open a new business and name it "AAA Clothing LLC" it has 3 members and I also file a IRS form 8832 to elect it as a "S Corp" what would it's name be?

AAA Clothing LLC
or
AAA Clothing Inc.

Am I consider a LLC or a Corporation? (Or both)

I would think it still a "LLC" but somebody said by choicing the "S Corp" it becomes a "Inc".
