Greetings:

I live in California and I am the holder of a note with various items personal property as collateral. I recorded a UCC-1 form with the County recorder. The debtor has defaulted on the note. What form do I use to record a Notice of Default with the County Recorders Office? Also what is the title of the form I need to open the case in superior court for a formal judgement against the debtor?
