While in Canada under contract from a company in Washington, I ran a branch of the company in Vancouver BC for them. I am owed $4800 in wages, adn wonder what can I do to recover these funds from this company in Washington.

Unless they have business ties in NC, then you've got to sue them in Washington State. Try Small Claims court.
