Im a 50% partner of a LLC with 2 partners. Im looking to remove myself from the business and dont know where to begin. My business partner wants to keep the company by himself. Also, I talked to the MN sec of state and they said there is nothing that has to be filed with them.

You need to hire a business lawyer to write up the documents to get you out of the business.

Make sure you get rid of any possibility of any liability.
