hi all,
I came across a case which Levi's is filling a law action against Tesco for importing their jeans from somewhere else out of UK and selling them at a discounted price.
Hence, I wonder, to what extent can I publish the products I am selling online? Can I publish the brand? Do I need any given rights to do that?
