What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama
Godbless7777, you can add content to your original post by using the "edit post" feature or you can simply "reply" to the thread and add details that way. The "preview post" function on this site is malfunctioning and tends to delete upon submission the first posts in a thread.

Because right now we only have the title of your thread to go on, I am going to provide you with a link from Nolo.com on how to dissolve an LLC in Alabama and, if this is not quite what you were looking for, you can let us know.

http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/how-dissolve-llc-alabama.html

As a note, partners in an LLC are generally called "members" but an LLC can be classified as a partnership for tax purposes.

Speaking with an attorney in your area for a personal review of your LLC is something you will probably want to do.
