Two Doctors, One Office, both signed the lease. Still have 1 1/2 years on Lease.

One Doctor is trying to push other doctor out of office by not allowing him to use front desk, x-ray machine and other office equipment bought by both doctors. Even phone calls will not include both doctors. This doctor is also using verbal intimidation. All expenses are evenly paid by both.

Cannot afford to start over with new clinic

Any advice?

**A: is there an "Agreement for Use of Leased Premises" or something to that effect signed by both doctors? The affected Dr. can take the bully Dr. to court regardless.

No "Agreement for Use of Leased Premises"

Bully Doctor said no Lawyer would even consider taking a case against him for space. He believes he can do whatever he wants.

Called a couple of local attorneys with no luck or enthusiasm. Feeling like Bully Doctor might be right.

However, I also think there are grounds for harrassment. The every day intimidation and feeling physically threatened by this doctor is causing discomfort and anxiety around clients.

Just want to maintain a professional environment and not sure how to proceed.

Thanks in advance for any help!

**A: I disagree and the Bully Dr. is full of BS. You need to call a lot more attorney's to find the right one that is interested in the case and wants justice to be served.
