What can be done re. removing Trustees from the Board of a Not for Profit (a private school). The Board has violated many of its by-laws, especially via Trustees exceeding the length of terms (particularly the President who has served for more than twice the allowable term length). This Board is run by 2 or 3 members who are steamrolling decisions over the parent body, many of whom are very unhappy, but unsure about what to do. There have been a series of personnel decisions which these 2/3 members have made without consulting or even informing other Trustees or parents.
