Hey,

I run a Spanish website and I want to have a writing contest and the top 3 will win a complete Spanish audio training course (retail value $99.95).

What do I need to do for legal purposes?

I have tried searching for "running a contest in florida" and many similar searches, but I can not find any information about this anywhere.

Thanks in advance, I appreciate the help!

Regards,
Adam

Generally as long as the entrants don't have to pay anything to participate and you're not otherwise committing some sort of fraud, then you're OK.
