This is in Michigan...

If my last name was registered as a part of a DBA of an S-corp (ie. Smith, Turner & Doe) that I recently resigned from, what are my rights to have them remove my name?

I have NEVER been an owner or part-owner of the business. I want the name removed so that it is not confusing to potential future employers who google the S-corp name on my resume and get the DBA with my name in it. I also think it is unfair for them to continue to use my name/reputation for profit.

Let me know what you think. Thanks!
