I am starting up a cabinet company, producing and installing commercial/residential cabinetry in Virginia.
For a small company with 2 partners, which would benefit us most, LLC or S-Corp? We expect less than $150k gross sales the first year and project about $250k later.
Our biggest concern is personal liability protection, simplified paperwork and annual fees.
