What is the name of your state? MA

Hi!

I've recently incorporated in the state of MA. I got a tax ID from the IRS, filed an article of organization with the state and filed the "S" corp. form with the IRS.

Question:
1-Are there any other forms I need to file to complete the incorporating process?

2-I've done all these anticipating that I will purchase/start a business but since I have not purchase/start a business what is my tax responsibilities with the fed, state and local as an S-Corporation?

3-How will I file my personal income tax differently at the end of the year since I now own an S-Corporation?

Believe me, hire a person to do it for you. It cost me 700.00. My bookeeper did it for me. It was well worth my time......
