Sales pitch and protection

Living in florida. I am about to make a sales pitch to a company for a specific product that they should buy from me because it would help them to reduce cost. How do I prevent them from buying it from someone else after I have revieled the product to them it is after all produced by many and available all over if they would look for it or they can order it directly from the manufacture.
