I closed my business and no longer have insurance that covered, for example, injuries if customers utilized the product incorrectly. I would like to either sell the remainder of the product on Ebay or donate the product to obtain a tax write off. I suppose I could also sell the individual components. There is a possibility that people could locate my name and address through a patent search even though I would remove the company information from the assembly instructions. Would I be liable if there were a problem in using the product?
