I am currently at the final stage of selling my business which at present has taken 23+ weeks. the new buyers solicitor is trying to delay which has been a regular occurance throughout this sale. I want to know if i can say to him that i reserve the right to increase the sale price by 25% if they do not complete by this friday which is the date i have asked for. I dont think i am asking too much as orrigonaly the buyers told me they could complete on the 1/09/08
