Hi, I was wondering if it would be legal for me to sell drinks at the Memorial Tournament next week? If so, am I limited to what drinks I can sell or where I can sell them?

What is the *NAME* of your state? We ask that for a reason.
What kind of "drinks" (soft, beer, hard)?
Who owns the venue?
Who runs the tournament?

Are we talking about the one in Ohio?

You're going to need permission from the tournament organizers and probably also Muirfield Village. They'll no doubt want a cut. It's unlikely that you'll get approval at this state. Furhter, if we're talking alcoholic beverages, you'll have to comply with the terms of whatever liquor license is involved (most likely Muirfield's or their hospitality group).

**A: the golf course would need to approve of your lemonade stand.
