Massachusetts. I am inquiring on how to transfer or sell shares in an S-Corp. We are a small company with 2 Partners (50/50 share in the company) and myself. One partner is leaving the company and would like to transfer his shares to myself or sell them for a $1 (there is no real value). We don't have bilaws set up that defines this step and I can't find the appropriate paper work to do it. Can you recommend anything.

Thanks and I appreciate any help.
Jeff
