Hi,
I am planning to setup a DBA (Doing Business As) and sell sporting goods from my home and online. I was wondering if there would be any legal issues (since my entity is not an LLS, I would be in a soup if someone sues me). A couple of scenarios I foresee are:

1. If somebody gets injured while using the goods I sold (say soccer ball); can they sue me?
2. If any of the goods I imported (say from China) has some material that might cause ailment (like lead), would I be in trouble?

I would highly appreciate it if somebody could advice me in this regards.
