Hello :)

We are a SME selling woven labels worldwide.
We have several brokers selling our products and the order values they are
selling are becoming larger and larger, thus also the credit lines we have to offer are becoming worrying as is our cash flow. We are considering setting up separate JV’s with some of our brokers with the desired outcome being:

These partners will be responsible for sales and we will be the manufacturer. We want to take out as much of the worry as possible by ensuring we are in equal control of the business.

Any advice and pitfalls etc would be very welcome.

Thanks Bruno

This is not a legal question. It is a business question.

Hello,

Actually we are in the process of drawing up a JV but I want to make sure we have covered all points to protect ourselves legally.

Thanks :)
