What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pennsylvania My question is it legal to state on your web site and business ads that ``sex offenders`` need not apply?

I would be careful with this...

Instead, I would state that candidates for employment would be subject to an intense criminal background check.

That accomplishes the same thing... but doesn't open any other doors.
