What is the name of your state?
FLORIDA

Hey guys, do you have any idea on this..??

I opened a new company, Cleaning Services.. (residential and commercial) is a sole-propiertorship, in NE florida... its doing great, but i was just wondering what would be the benefits of incorporating.

I dont know if this would have anything to do, but here it goes..

I have REALLY BAD credit, i owed around 70,000 on credit cards last year, everything is now PAID OFF... but it still showing on my credit report, so even if i try to get credit for my company, i CANT!

would incorporate my business help in order to get credit for the company?

The only thing i know about incorporate is that nobody can go against you, in case something happens, thats it.

Please help,

Some1mex

**A: you are way off. Hire a business attorney and have a good talk. Otherwise you may get taken to the cleaners someday.
