I co-signed a note for my stepdaughter at a bank, and she has not paid one note on it I have asked her repeatedly to pay this and she has responded by e-mail that she would. And she also told me via email that she had every intention of paying this loan. She also told me that she would be getting some money back from the service that she orignally borrowed the money for. She told me that she would apply this refund to the loan. this has been going on for about 2 months and now she does not talk to me. We live in Texas
