I registered my company as an LLC in Michigan back in May (I am the only member/owner). At that time, I submitted my articles of organization and everything went through smoothly.
Now it is time to submit my "annual statement."
Is this when I should attach my "Membership Operating Agreement?". I'm not sure what else should be filed now - assuming that I will submit my tax documents later in the spring.
Also for the record, I have only earned about $200 so far... but haven't had the checks issued to me, so technically I have received $0 through my LLC for 2008.
