Software for an Hourly Billing Business

My firm generates most of its revenue from hourly billing. I find myself dreading closing out invoice cycles because it can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day to get all the billing done.

We use Quickbooks but I still have to gather and roll up everyone's hours. Does anyone know of a good software package? I'd like something where my staff can all login and enter hours and the system handles all the aggregation and billing. I'd like something online so I don't have to worry about versions and desktop issues.

From what's I've seen so far these are some of the major players:
EnterYourHours.com
Freshbooks
GetHarvest
Basecamp (although I'm not sure if this one has invoicing).

Does anyone have an opinion about any of these, and does anyone know of another product. I don't want to spend much more than $30 a month.

Thanks.
